茲 提 述 發 行 人 於2025年8月4日 就 債 券 在 香 港 聯 交 所 上 市 所 發 佈 之 上 市 通 告。
請參閱隨附的日期為2025年7月30日的發售通函（「發售通函」），內容有關117,500,000
美 元 於2030年 到 期 之1.75厘 有 擔 保 可 換 股 債 券（「債 券」）。誠 如 發 售 通 函 所 披 露，
債 券 僅 供 專 業 投 資 者（定 義 見 上 市 規 則 第37章）購 買，並 按 照 該 基 準 在 香 港 聯 交
所 上 市。
