The announcement date of the Half-Year 2025 Report of ADAMA Ltd.
(hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) is August 27th, 2025 on the website of
Shenzhen Stock Exchange (www.szse.cn) and designated media channels.
To enable investors better understand the Company’s business updates for the
second quarter and first half of 2025, the Company plans to organize Half-Year 2025
