Please be advised that the 3rd meeting of the 10th Supervisory Committee of Bingshan
Refrigeration& Heat Transfer Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the Company) was
held at the meeting room on the 3rdfloor of the Company onAugust 13, 2025.All 3 supervisors
attended the meeting. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Hu Xitang, the Chairman of the
Supervisory Committee.
The following resolutions were examined and adopted at the meeting:
I. Review Opinion on the Company’s Semi-annual report for the year 2025;
With 3 votes for, 0 vote against and 0 vote as abstention.
II. Comment on withdrawing provisions for devaluation of assets.
